“I make an effort to have private time as a family at home. I treasure our bedtime routine immensely and our mornings are just us, most of the time,” Kardashian, 39, explained
“I realized that my kids feed off of my energy. Sometimes, as parents, we forget our children are watching us closely and that they can be really affected by our behavior
This is why it’s important to have a positive attitude, this benefits my kids a whole lot
” Kardashian shares three children, sons Mason, 8, and Reign, 3, as well as daughter Penelope, 6, with ex Disick, 35
She called it quits with boyfriend Bendjima earlier this year. “To me, being a mom is what’s most important, because it’s what makes up my heart,” she said
The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” starlet also spoke about women empowerment and celebrating the female figure
“Women have become stronger and more powerful. This movement that’s going on about celebrating your body helps people love themselves as they are, instead of trying to be something different,” Kardashian explained
“When I was in high school, I remember everyone wanting to be skinny, that used to be what one had to be, period
Now, in Kylie and Kendall’s generation, there’s much more acceptance,” she continued
